Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and invigorate a sizable team of professionals, cultivating a culture of proactive innovation within the technology department.
- Strategically revamp technological platforms to boost agility and responsiveness.
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap that supports our vision as a global leader in training solutions.
- Employ cutting-edge Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) technologies to enhance product development and deployment processes.
- Expedite the product innovation cycle from concept to market, significantly shortening development timeframes.
- Manage and broaden the company’s intellectual property portfolio, ensuring that innovation and protection advance together.
