Job Description: As the Vice President of Engineering, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced simulation and training solutions. Your leadership will drive the integration of human factors into training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and effectiveness. You will inspire a dynamic team to create innovative and reliable training systems that reinforce our pioneering position in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a sizable team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap focused on simulation and training systems.
  • Integrate human factors principles into the design and development of training solutions to enhance usability and effectiveness.
  • Employ advanced simulation technologies to improve product development and deployment processes.
  • Ensure the rapid and efficient development of training solutions from concept to market.
  • Manage and expand the company’s intellectual property portfolio in the realm of simulation and training.
  • Collaborate with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to advance and promote our training solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive senior managerial experience in the defense, law enforcement, or related technical sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and integrate human factors into engineering processes.
  • Profound knowledge of simulation technologies and training systems.
  • Proven success in developing advanced training solutions and implementing state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Human Factors, Computer Science, or a related field.
