Verification Engineer – Aerospace Systems
Location: DFW
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Lead verification and validation processes for aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with ARP4754A, DO-160, and DO-178C standards.
  • Develop and execute integration, functional, performance, and ground test plans to verify system requirements.
  • Manage an evidence matrix to ensure traceability between system requirements, design, and test results.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the verification lifecycle, aligning documentation with certification processes.
  • Lead ground testing activities, ensuring compliance with safety and aerospace standards.
  • Analyze test data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues and validate system performance.
  • Create detailed test reports and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies such as FAA and EASA.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in ground testing and system verification in aerospace applications.
  • Proficiency in creating evidence matrices and ensuring traceability from requirements to test outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
