We are seeking 1–2 experienced Systems Engineers with a strong background in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support a next-generation constructive simulation program. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced system architectures and play a key role in shaping the design and documentation of complex software-intensive systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a model-driven environment, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and translating system concepts into clear, structured architectural artifacts. Orlando-based candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered for the right experience.

Job Description
We are seeking 1–2 experienced Systems Engineers with a strong background in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to support a next-generation constructive simulation program. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced system architectures and play a key role in shaping the design and documentation of complex software-intensive systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a model-driven environment, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and translating system concepts into clear, structured architectural artifacts. Orlando-based candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered for the right experience.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MBSE models to support system architecture, design, and analysis

Document software and system architectures, interfaces, and design artifacts
-
Collaborate with software, systems, and stakeholder teams to ensure architectural alignment
-
Translate requirements into logical, functional, and physical system models
-
Support system design reviews and technical discussions using model-based artifacts
-
Contribute to the evolution of a next-generation constructive simulation system
Required Qualifications
-
Experience as a Systems Engineer working in an MBSE environment

Hands-on experience using Cameo Systems Modeler / MagicDraw
-
Strong understanding of systems architecture and design documentation

Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts through models and documentation

Experience supporting software-intensive systems
Desired Qualifications

Experience with constructive or simulation-based systems

Familiarity with DoDAF, SysML, or other architecture frameworks

Prior experience working on next-generation or R&D-focused programs

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
