Role Overview:
The successful candidate will engage closely with cross-functional technical teams to gather and define system requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders, facilitating a smooth flow of information to guarantee that objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop system requirements based on in-depth understanding of user needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear focus on achieving project milestones.
- Facilitate risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity across various systems.
- Assist in the development and coordination of system design solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Coordinate with Hardware and Software teams to ensure timely readiness of software releases and hardware upgrades for deployment.
- Perform thorough integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of software and hardware components.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Integration.
- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of the system engineering lifecycle and integration processes.
- Familiarity with various software and hardware environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with simulation systems and real-time performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Atlassian software tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
