Software Test Engineer
Job Description
Are you passionate about upholding the highest industry standards in mission-critical embedded and real-time systems? We are seeking a Software Test Engineer who excels in fast-paced environments and thrives on ensuring compliance with rigorous avionics benchmarks. If you’re ready to engage early in a high-visibility project kicking off in March 2025—and have the flexibility to adapt to on-site requirements—this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements-based testing on embedded and real-time systems
- Perform structural coverage analysis and execute FACE conformance testing
- Validate systems using DO-178 compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete and compliant documentation (including DD-254 clearance forms)
- Manage logistical challenges, including extended on-site presence in high-demand locations
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (C, C++, Python, or Ada)
- Proven experience in testing embedded or real-time systems
- Strong background in requirements-based testing and structural coverage analysis
- Hands-on experience with FACE conformance and DO-178 compliance testing
- Adaptability to on-site logistical challenges and flexible scheduling

- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks
