Job Description
This role involves leveraging extensive expertise to develop a range of software according to product requirements and specifications. The position encompasses code design, software development, testing, and integration.
Job Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and maintain real-time software applications.

Collaborate with a team to deliver robust, cutting-edge, high-quality training software.

Experience:
-
3+ years of professional experience as a software developer.
-
Skilled in C++ development within a Windows environment.
-
Proficiency with source control tools (preferably Bitbucket or Git).
-
Experience in software design, integration, and testing.
-
Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex technical concepts.

US person (as defined below).

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.

Experience with simulations and/or game engines (especially Unreal).

Experience creating and documenting software interfaces.
-
Knowledge of real-time systems and performance optimization.
-
Understanding of 3D math, graphics, and/or physics.

Experience with firearms handling and marksmanship.

Familiarity with the Agile development process.

Proficiency with Atlassian software tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
