Software Engineer - 3D Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain real-time software applications.
- Collaborate within a team environment to deliver robust, state-of-the-art training software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in C++ development within a Windows environment.
- Familiarity with source control tools, preferably Bitbucket or git.
- Experience in software design, integration, and testing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Authorization to work in the US as defined by ITAR regulations.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience with simulations and/or game engines, especially Unreal or CryEngine.
- Proficiency in creating and documenting software interfaces.
- Knowledge of real-time systems and performance optimization.
- Understanding of 3D math, graphics, and/or physics.
- Experience with firearms handling and marksmanship.
- Familiarity with the Agile development process.
- Experience using Atlassian software tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence).
