What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading all phases of PCB design, from conception through layout to testing.
- Performing comprehensive electronics failure analysis and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrating technical leadership and independent cradle-to-grave board design capabilities.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Making significant contributions to the product roadmap and new product development initiatives.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit:
- Demonstrated experience in PCB design, including requirements capture, layout, and testing.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ability to speak to problem-solving methodologies and previous successful PCB designs.
- Experience with high-speed design and high voltage/high-power applications is a plus.
- Experience with drones/UAS, RC, or robotics systems is a plus.
- A self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of RF Systems and familiarity with MIL-STD-461 are highly advantageous.
