Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented Senior Program Analyst to join our dedicated team based on-site at our Aberdeen Proving Ground Site. This role offers a chance to work on a project contingent on award, immersing yourself in the challenging and rewarding environment of strategic planning and program analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
In this critical role, you will utilize your skills to provide comprehensive program analysis support throughout all phases of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Strategic Portfolio Analysis Review (SPAR). Your role will encompass the preparation of briefing charts, Congressional Justification for President's Budget (PB), and Budget Estimate Submission (BES) formulation.
As a Senior Program Analyst, you will be entrusted with preparing and updating forms, organizing and supporting briefings, monitoring spend plans, recording transactions, and managing business, technical, acquisition, and financial information using the required tools and databases.
Further, you will navigate relationships across the organization, coordinating with other program managers, services, and industry personnel throughout project life cycles. Your expert knowledge of program planning, independent decision-making, and dedication to achieving goals will be crucial in this role.
Your Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should bring at least ten years of related experience in a program analyst role, specifically in preparing and supporting PPBE, POM, SPAR, President's Budget Submission P&R forms, BES P&R forms, PMRT, CCaR. This experience should ideally be with a DoD Program Executive Office (PEO), Project Manager (O6 PM), or Product Manager (O5 PdM) to be considered applicable to this requirement.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field is necessary for this role. You will also need an active Secret clearance.
