Job Description

Role Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our products by:
- Leading engineering projects from concept to production including design, development, and deployment.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop advanced electrical systems for our training solutions.
- Enhancing product designs through rigorous evaluation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure top-tier quality and innovation.
- Minimum of 8 years in Microcontroller-based Embedded Electronics Design including schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded firmware.
- Proficiency in EE CAD tools like Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD for schematic entry and PCB design.
- Expertise in microcontroller-based designs with embedded analog and digital circuits.
- Experience in developing and debugging embedded firmware for microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and USB.
- Experience or knowledge in wireless design technologies like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or BLE.
- Strong ability to perform design validation testing, circuit analysis, and develop test fixtures.
- Experience with FPGA designs and high-speed I/O interfaces.
- Knowledge in designing electric motor drive systems, encoder interfaces, and LAN interfaces.
- Proven track record with EMI, EMC, ESD compliance, and obtaining FCC/CE certifications.
- MIL-STD-810-G a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering, or a related field.
