Job Description
Are you passionate about empowering developers and enhancing their productivity? We're seeking an experienced Senior Developer Experience Engineer who thrives on improving the developer journey. You will champion the developer community internally and externally, streamline workflows, and ensure developers have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities

Developer Journey Optimization: Map, analyze, and enhance the end-to-end developer experience, identifying and resolving friction points in platforms, tools, and documentation.

Tooling and Infrastructure Advocacy: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve and advocate for efficient, reliable, and user-friendly development environments.

Community Engagement: Foster active developer communities through creating engaging content, organizing workshops and meetups, and participating in forums.

Feedback Loop Management: Implement effective feedback collection channels; collaborate closely with product, engineering, and support teams to address developer needs.

Onboarding and Education: Design and refine onboarding processes and educational resources to rapidly integrate developers.

Metrics and Reporting: Define, track, and report key metrics to evaluate and enhance developer experience initiatives.

Evangelism and Advocacy: Strongly represent the developer perspective within strategic decisions across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of software engineering experience.
-
2+ years in developer-facing roles (Developer Advocate, Technical Writer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).

Proven track record of significantly improving developer productivity and satisfaction.

Strong technical proficiency with:

Software development lifecycle (SDLC)

API design (RESTful APIs, GraphQL)

Developer tools (IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools)

Infrastructure and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)

Technical documentation

Data-driven analysis

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly.

Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.

Experience presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.

Active involvement in developer communities or open-source projects.
-
Strong passion for developer empowerment and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Continuous learner, staying updated with the latest developer experience trends and technologies.
