General Summary:

As the Provisioning and Logistics Analyst specializing in the development of Provisioning Technical Data (PTD) per GEIA-STD-0007, you will develop, implement, and maintain technical data packages that support the provisioning and sustainment of complex electronic test equipment, ensuring compliance with GEIA-STD-0007. Using provisioning database software, you will generate various Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) reports, including Provisioning Bill of Material (BOM), Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL), PPL Index (PPLI), Provisioning Line-Item Sequence Number (PLISN) Assignment, Indentured Parts Listing, and Maintenance Allocation Chart (MAC). Additionally, you will be required to attend and support provisioning meetings and conferences and perform other logistics functions as directed. This position requires an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting individual who can work both independently and in a team environment. This position requires the candidate to work on-site in Orlando, FL.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead Logistics Analyst responsible for establishing and managing the Logistics Management Information (LMI) database for the project.
  • Generate contract deliverables that include Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning BOM, PLISN assignment, and Packaging Requirements Data.
  • Collect and deliver data to support the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and assist with the development of the overall maintenance strategy, MAC, and RPSTL within the Army 2-level maintenance concept.
  • Participate in Provisioning Guidance Meetings, Provisioning Conferences, In-Process Reviews, RPSTL and MAC reviews, internal validation events, formal verification events with the customer, and weekly program and/or Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with the Government interpretation of MIL-STD-40051 and GEIA-STD-0007.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with SLICwave provisioning database software.
  • Understanding of LMI/LSAR data table population per GEIA-STD-0007.
  • Extensive knowledge of Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning and Pre-Procurement Screening, RPSTL, and MAC development.
  • Experience using WebFLIS.
  • Understanding of Source, Maintenance & Recoverability (SM&R) codes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Person.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of experience.
  • Or, equivalent experience/combined education with 2 years of related experience.

Computer Skills:
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite of applications.
  • Proficient with SLICwave LMI Database software.
