Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the successful execution of multiple international projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
  • Lead project teams to ensure timely and quality completion of project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and government agencies on all project matters.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide detailed reports on project milestones and performance.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
  • Effectively coordinate resources including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
  • Manage and provide performance feedback to project teams.
  • Prepare and oversee project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support project decision-making.
  • Lead and manage international teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across time zones and cultures.
  • Collaborate with international partners, subcontractors, and vendors to align project goals.
  • Assist in sales proposal preparation, providing insights into project scope and timelines.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the project portfolio.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of project-related orders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years managing international projects.
  • Experience leading international teams and coordinating cross-border projects.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations, standards, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% to project sites and client locations.
  • Proficiency in SAP software.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in the motion control field.
  • Familiarity with contract management and acquisition processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
