Job Description


Join our dynamic team in a pivotal role as a Program Manager, where you will spearhead a groundbreaking Driver Training Simulator (DTS) Production Contract for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) and other potential projects. This opportunity is not just a job, but a journey over the next two years (with a possibility of extension), offering a chance to impact defense training through cutting-edge simulation technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with multiple subcontractors to manage, coordinate, and deliver project deliverables and milestones in line with the Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring efficient execution and meeting all contract requirements.
  • Regularly update and engage with key stakeholders, including PM AAA, Product Manager (PdM) ACV, Agreement Officer (AO), and Agreement Officer’s Representative (AOR), on contract activities, requirements, and issues.
  • Manage contract line-item numbers (CLINs) effectively.
  • Report monthly on progress, technical issues, and program status, including problem identification, solutions, timelines, upcoming activities, and development progress.

Scheduling:
  • Maintain an accurate program schedule covering all stages from design to delivery.
  • Utilize review and evaluation techniques to ensure timely and requirement-compliant deliveries.
  • Provide detailed Project Planning Charts and notify of any potential work stoppages or delays.

Conferences, Reviews, and Reports:
  • Plan, attend, coordinate, support, and conduct meetings, reviews, and audits.
  • Prepare and deliver meeting agendas and presentation materials as per SOW requirements.
  • Document discussions, technical information, decisions, and agreements during meetings and conferences.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in managing DoD contracts.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Slack, Google, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in coordinating software developers and hardware engineers, knowledgeable in scheduling within these disciplines.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.

Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior service in the USMC.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Experience in training within the DoD environment.
