We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in program management, particularly in the defense industry. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of DOD manufacturing and subcontracting, with any experience in the Navy and Marines being especially advantageous.
In terms of skills and abilities, the successful candidate should be able to manage complex projects and programs, and have exceptional problem solving and communication skills. They should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable leading teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary package of $130,000. The successful candidate will also gain invaluable experience working for a leading simulation manufacturer, and have the opportunity to make a real difference to the organization's success.
