Job Description
The role will take charge of extensive, multi-year programs divided into numerous sub-projects and tasks. The Program Manager will be entrusted with guiding these projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with our long-term strategic vision. A key facet of this role is strategic planning - shaping, directing, and implementing the technical approach, while also coordinating with internal personnel to secure necessary resources.
Successful management of this role will be reflected in the established control of technical milestones, schedules, and budgets. The ideal candidate will ensure that each program adheres to its set objectives and is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a technical or managerial discipline and boasts 15 years of professional experience in program/project management.
Salary: $116,614
