Basic Qualifications:
For Mid-Level Candidates:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience or a Master's Degree with 3 years of related experience; alternatively, 0 years of experience with a PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with software development tools such as Java, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret clearance and a Special Access Program (SAP).
For Senior-Level Candidates:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience or a Master's Degree with 7 years of related experience; alternatively, 4 years of experience with a PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with software development tools such as Java, Python, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, and Git.
- US citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret clearance and a Special Access Program (SAP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), especially native services like Cloud Formation and S3.
- Familiarity with enterprise Cloud deployments.
- Expertise with multiple Cloud service platforms, both Commercial and Government.
- Proficiency with the full Atlassian tool suite including Confluence, JIRA, GIT, Crucible, FishEye, and Crowd.
- Experience in developing builds with Maven, including MAVEN profiles. Capability to automate software builds and releases via Maven & Nexus.
- Knowledge of automation/configuration management using tools like Ansible, Chef, or equivalents.
- Prior experience developing formal builds within the DoD industry.
- Certifications from VMWare and Cisco are a plus.
- Proficiency with VMware infrastructure and automation.
- Deep understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with the Agile methodology.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
