Provisioning & Logistics Support Analyst

Position Overview
As a Provisioning & Logistics Support Analyst, you will manage technical data packages to support the provisioning and sustainment of complex electronic test equipment, ensuring compliance with GEIA-STD-0007. This includes generating essential Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) reports and maintaining comprehensive databases. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the establishment and management of the Logistics Management Information (LMI) database for the project.
  • Develop contract deliverables, including Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning BOM, PLISN assignment, and Packaging Requirements Data.
  • Support the Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and assist in developing maintenance strategies, MAC, and RPSTL within the Army’s 2-level maintenance framework.
  • Participate in Provisioning Guidance Meetings, Provisioning Conferences, In-Process Reviews, and customer validation events.
  • Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-40051 and GEIA-STD-0007 standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience with SLICwave provisioning database software is a must.
  • Knowledge of LMI/LSAR data tables in alignment with GEIA-STD-0007.
  • Extensive familiarity with Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), EDFP, RPSTL, and MAC development.
  • Experience with WebFLIS and understanding of Source, Maintenance & Recoverability (SM&R) codes.
  • Strong communication skills and U.S. citizenship.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Expertise with SLICwave LMI Database software.

  • This position requires on-site work in Orlando, FL.
