Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain master schedules and program schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing priorities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as NDIA and EIA 748D.
- Act as the central point of contact for scheduling updates and status reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication across project stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in master scheduling and program scheduling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for creating and managing detailed project plans.
- Familiarity with NDIA and EIA 748D standards.
- Exceptional ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering and technical teams.
- Experience with scheduling in aerospace or defense-related projects.
