Job Description
Join a high-impact manufacturing team driving innovation and excellence in precision assembly and production operations. As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading cross-functional teams, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring that quality, safety, and performance standards are met across all phases of the assembly and test process. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations including resource planning, production scheduling, assembly, and integration.

Provide clear direction and assign tasks to team members, ensuring they have the necessary documentation and tools to succeed.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wire lists, and engineering drawings to support accurate and efficient assembly processes.

Perform light mechanical modifications using tools such as drill presses, hand drills, and band saws.

Monitor workflow and proactively resolve production bottlenecks and issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Maintain and update all production documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.

Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve skills, safety, and overall performance.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and process improvements.

Serve as a liaison with planning and logistics teams to prioritize and manage production schedules and delivery timelines.

Manage performance reviews, set development goals, and recommend merit increases for direct reports.

Collaborate closely with engineering and quality departments to address production concerns and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

Analyze KPIs and generate reports to track production effectiveness and efficiency.

Oversee tool and equipment maintenance and calibration schedules to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience.

Proven ability to assemble complex electrical harnesses, cables, and electromechanical systems.

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Office 365 applications.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person (due to regulatory requirements).

Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD/DraftSight.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Knowledge of industry-standard quality assurance and safety practices.
