Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay Rate: $51.54 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support advanced aerospace and defense programs in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and improve production processes for special-mission aircraft and next-generation ISR platforms.

Pay Rate: $51.54 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support advanced aerospace and defense programs in Hagerstown, MD. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and improve production processes for special-mission aircraft and next-generation ISR platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop tooling, fixtures, and work instructions to optimize production efficiency.
- Review engineering designs for manufacturability and oversee implementation.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve design and process issues.
- Support new product introduction and transition from prototype to production.
- Apply best practices in manufacturing technology, quality, and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with CATIA CAD and CNC programming.
- Experience with MRB, PLM, MES, and MRP systems.
- Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and aerospace manufacturing standards.
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance eligibility required.
