Job Description

Become part of a team dedicated to providing industry-leading training solutions for military, law enforcement, and commercial range applications. We’re looking for skilled Production Machinists who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy challenges, and want to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to modify firearms into advanced training simulators.

Fabricate precision parts from raw materials based on blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Accurately read and interpret mechanical drawings.
-
Maintain consistent quality and productivity standards.
-
Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company protocols, including OSHA, ISO, and EPA standards.

Utilize standard measurement tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Qualifications:
-
Advanced knowledge and experience with vertical mills and engine lathes.
-
Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
-
Ability to create fixtures for holding irregularly shaped objects.
-
Competent with basic precision measuring tools (0-1” tolerance ±.0005”, 1”-12” tolerance ±.0001”).
-
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-
Ability to stand continuously for periods of up to 2.5 hours.
-
Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
-
Flexibility to work MON-THU (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) and occasional weekend overtime.

High School diploma or technical school degree.
-
Must meet ITAR regulations: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.
Desired Qualifications:

Experience operating EDM machinery.
-
Familiarity with SWI “Proto-Trak” Controller (MX2, MX3).

Background in machine repair and maintenance.

Skills in welding and brazing.
