Job Description
Come join us in picturesque Norco, CA, where we are seeking an experienced and driven Information Security Manager to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a savvy information security professional to make an indelible impact on our organization's strategic security framework.
In this role, you'll have the chance to orchestrate and execute an information security program within our organization, managing a diverse range of elements including strategy, personnel, infrastructure, policy enforcement, and emergency planning. With your in-depth expertise, you'll foster a culture of security awareness and work to mitigate potential risks, ensuring our technological capabilities are secure and up-to-date.
To thrive in this role, a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or a CNSSI 4012 certificate or ADQ GA7 is typically required. Successful completion of at least one of the following military training courses is also acceptable: NEC 2779 (CIN: A-531-0009), 3372, CIN W-3B-1500 (EKMS Manager), A-4C-1340 (KMI) (or DOD Service equivalent).
Candidates should come equipped with 3-5 years of specialized experience in Information Systems Security Management (Specialty Area 72). Additionally, one or more of the following certifications would be advantageous: CompTIA Security+ (CE), CAP, CASP, or Project Management Professional (PMP).
This position mandates a current USG issued “SECRET” security clearance (or interim) and eligibility to obtain and maintain a TS clearance. As a member of our Cybersecurity Workforce, you'll be required to maintain a minimum of 40 continuing education hours annually.
On-the-job evaluation components consist of NAVEDTRA 43462-1C, or NAVEDTRA 43462-2, or NAVEDTRA 43469 watch station 304, or if IP O1-3 or NAVEDTRA 43360-2, or if IP O4-5 or NAVEDTRA 43360-3. Completion of these components within designated timelines is essential.
The salary for this role is $98,645.00.
