Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for the setup, configuration, repair, break/fix, moves/add/changes, and integration of new and existing computing hardware, software, networking, and related peripherals.

Provide basic network support to ensure desktop and other networked peripherals maintain full connectivity.

Perform preventative maintenance and setup for computer-related equipment, including audio-visual conferencing systems and conference rooms.

Deliver outstanding, customer-centered technical support to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Address and resolve IT incidents and service requests; escalate issues to upper-tier IT teams as needed.

Log, prioritize, track, monitor, update, and close tickets using the IT Service Desk tracking system.

Support IT Department initiatives by maintaining established policies and procedures.

Assist in creating and maintaining local site IT systems documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong sense of customer ownership and commitment to providing excellent service.

Team-oriented with the ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with end users.

Ability to understand business and user needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Basic knowledge of IT technical standards, including computers, printers, network technology, drivers, and software troubleshooting.

Proficient in troubleshooting industry-standard hardware and software products.
Education & Experience

Required: Associate’s degree in a related field of study and 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
