Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will create clear, visually compelling concepts that communicate complex processes and ideas. You will design and develop high-quality graphics, photos, and presentation materials used across proposals, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, presentations, SharePoint sites, internal customer briefings, and training products. This role requires both creative skill and the ability to translate technical information into accessible, professional visuals.

You will design and develop high-quality graphics, photos, and presentation materials used across proposals, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, presentations, SharePoint sites, internal customer briefings, and training products. This role requires both creative skill and the ability to translate technical information into accessible, professional visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts that clearly communicate complex processes and ideas
- Design and produce professional graphics, images, and presentation materials
- Support proposal development, strategic roadmaps, product capability trees, and internal communications
- Create content for presentations, SharePoint environments, and training materials
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Support digital transformation initiatives by blending creative design with technical understanding
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:
- Experience with most graphic design application programs
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong background supporting digital transformation initiatives through creative and technical solutions
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools such as SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, ZBrush, Dreamweaver, FileZilla, WordPress, and Google Apps
- Exposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, and 2D and/or 3D animation
- Familiarity with 3D printing software such as Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk Netfabb, or Google SketchUp
- Understanding of the aerospace and defense industry, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals
- Proficiency in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production
- Experience using video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Education
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and typically 2+ years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
