Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Electro-Mechanical Design projects, from planning to closeout, utilizing established project management techniques.
- Develop and execute project plans, manage risks, and ensure milestone delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Team Leadership:
- Lead interdisciplinary teams, coordinating efforts across electrical, mechanical, software, and application engineering disciplines.
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring efficient communication and alignment among team members.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on project progress and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Documentation and Performance Monitoring:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and other critical records.
- Use industry-standard metrics to track and measure project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement:
- Implement risk management and mitigation strategies, continually refining project execution processes to enhance efficiency.
- Leverage tools and methodologies such as Agile practices for improved project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in technical project management with hands-on involvement in product development, particularly in electrical, mechanical, or software systems.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools such as MS Project.
- Experience with requirements capture and bug tracking tools (e.g., JAMA, JIRA, DOORS).
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with an emphasis on detail-oriented management and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with product design lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and manage expectations in dynamic environments.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Additional training or certifications in technical management or project management are advantageous.
Education:
