Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager in Electro-Mechanical Design Engineering to lead complex projects from concept through completion. Utilize industry-standard project management methodologies to guide interdisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of Electro-Mechanical Design Engineering projects using established Project Management techniques.
- Lead cross-functional project teams with a strong emphasis on timely delivery, budget adherence, and scope management.
- Implement Risk Management strategies, resource allocation, and project execution plans to ensure milestone achievement.
- Foster strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure alignment and project success.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and production departments to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality final products.
- Develop and maintain critical project documentation, including schedules and performance metrics, to track project progress.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 7 years in Technical Project Management, preferably with a background in Product Development.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing projects within electrical, mechanical, embedded software, and application software domains.
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen focus on detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and familiar with JAMA/JIRA/DOORS or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to lead diverse engineering teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Project Management is highly desirable.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Additional certifications in technical or project management are advantageous.
