Job Description
Are you a solutions-driven Engineer seeking to take your career to new heights in a dynamic environment? We are currently looking for Engineering Professionals of various experience levels to become key members of our dedicated team stationed at our facility in Aberdeen Proving Ground. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and document engineering, integration, and readiness procedures for Tactical Network Systems.
- Manage and maintain configuration item baselines while preparing necessary documentation.
- Actively participate in and support coordination of integrated product teams and other technical forums across different levels of the organization.
- Collaborate with various management offices to assess the effectiveness of the engineering and integration processes.
- Utilize standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, making appropriate adaptations and modifications.
- Support the management, maintenance, and automation of Configuration Management tools.
- Oversee the version controls of software deliverables and their deployment in test and operation environments.
- Analyze and resolve configuration issues, ensuring proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
- Leverage knowledge of Army organization structure and Unit Task Organization concepts, effectively communicating and leading integrated project teams.
Qualifications
- DoD Secret Clearance required
Level III Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Testing, or related scientific/technical discipline, or 7 years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of six (6) years of engineering experience in Tactical Network design, integration, automation, and documentation.
Level IV Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Testing, or related scientific/technical discipline, or 7 years of related experience in lieu of the degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of engineering experience in Tactical Network design, integration, automation, and documentation.
Level V Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Testing, or related scientific/technical discipline.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of engineering experience in Tactical Network design, integration, automation, and documentation.
