Position Summary
We are seeking an Electronics Repair Technician to support depot-level repair, overhaul, and sustainment of complex electronic systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, reworking, and testing electronic assemblies to meet quality, reliability, and customer requirements.

We are seeking an Electronics Repair Technician to support depot-level repair, overhaul, and sustainment of complex electronic systems. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, reworking, and testing electronic assemblies to meet quality, reliability, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies at the component, board, and system level
- Perform IPC-compliant soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement
- Follow repair work instructions, travelers, schematics, and technical documentation
- Conduct functional and acceptance testing using automated and manual test equipment
- Document repair activities and test results to ensure traceability and quality compliance
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts
- Comply with ESD, safety, quality, and security requirements
- Support repair schedules and turnaround objectives
- Maintain an organized, clean, and audit-ready work area
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent electronics experience
- Two or more years of electronics repair and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment, including digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
- Strong soldering, de-soldering, and electronic rework skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- IPC certifications (IPC-A-610, IPC-7711/7721, J-STD-001)
- Experience repairing complex electronic assemblies in a manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, telecommunications, or high-reliability environment
- Conformal coating repair experience
- Environmental, functional, and acceptance testing experience
- Experience supporting regulated or quality-driven industries
