Join our innovative and collaborative team in Orlando as an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist! If you're skilled in precision assembly, wiring, and soldering, and thrive in a hands-on, dynamic manufacturing environment, we want you on board.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electro-mechanical units, with a primary focus on wiring and harness assembly.

  • Perform detailed soldering, crimping, and wire routing tasks.

  • Accurately solder components onto various assemblies.

  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, wiring lists, and bills of materials.

  • Adhere to written and verbal instructions to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Extensive experience (preferably 10+ years) in manufacturing, specifically in wiring, harnesses, and cable assemblies.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints, work instructions, and safety protocols.

  • Capable of writing clear, routine reports and correspondence.

  • Effective communication skills, comfortable speaking before team members.

  • Availability to work overtime as necessary.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and mentor less experienced team members.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with SOX / 404 internal audit controls and documentation.

Work Environment:

  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts; occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.

  • Moderate noise levels typical of manufacturing environments.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequently required to sit, handle, and manipulate tools and components.

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Adequate vision capabilities, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
