Job Description
We're on the lookout for a talented Electrical Engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for problem-solving. With over 3 years of experience in PCB and system design and development, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of energy storage, power, and systems through our cutting-edge applied R&D and product development programs. If you're eager to push the boundaries of technology and make a significant impact in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical electrical design projects, collaborating closely with a diverse team of experts.
- Transition new technologies from concept to detailed design, showcasing your creativity and engineering skills.
- Develop embedded software with proficiency in C/C++ or similar languages, bringing your innovative solutions to life.
- Utilize design and calculation software (Altium, KiCAD, SPICE, MATLAB, Simulink) to engineer precise and reliable solutions.
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot custom PCBs and prototype embedded designs, demonstrating your meticulous attention to detail.
- Implement various communication protocols (Bluetooth LE, I2C, CAN, UART, etc.), enhancing system connectivity and performance.
- Exhibit deep knowledge in circuit design, especially in power conversion topologies, to optimize energy efficiency and functionality.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Battery Management System (BMS) design and implementation.
- Proficiency in testing battery and power systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, maintaining schedules, budgets, and delivery commitments.

Requirements:
- Exclusive US citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in electronics circuit design, build, and test/debug activities.
