Job Description

Part Time Electrical Engineer SME 

  • Role: Experienced Electrical Engineer SME for test engineering troubleshooting at subsystem and seeker levels.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate test plans and procedures.

    • Guide junior engineers in troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis.

    • Handle dispositioning and closure of test equipment failures/nonconformances.

    • Recommend improvements to the testing process.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Experience Required: Minimum 20 years as an Electrical Engineer.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in creating models, assemblies, and drawings.

    • Support, develop, analyze, and troubleshoot non-conformances in customer deliveries.

    • Recommend process improvements.

Technical Requirements:

  • Key Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Strong dedication to teamwork and customer relations.

    • Exceptional planning, organizing, scheduling, and resource allocation abilities.

Other Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Expertise:

    • Creating models, assemblies, and drawings.

    • Supporting, developing, analyzing, and troubleshooting customer delivery non-conformances.

    • Providing recommendations to enhance overall performance.

  • Personal Qualities:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Commitment to teamwork and customer relations.

    • Strong planning, organizing, scheduling, and resource allocation skills.
