Electrical Engineer – Aerospace Systems
Location: DFW
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development of electrical systems for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with ARP4754 requirements.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define and refine the Concept of Operations (ConOps) to align with design specifications and objectives.
  • Design electrical systems and create scalable architectures for multiple product generations, adhering to ARP4754A, ARP4761, and DO-178C standards throughout all phases of development.
  • Translate system requirements into actionable plans and develop a Requirement Verification and Evidence Plan.
  • Prepare critical deliverables for PDR and CDR in accordance with the System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
  • Develop and execute System Test Plans in alignment with the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP).
  • Ensure close integration with product, engineering, and operations teams to meet project deliverables.
  • Participate in innovation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and business automation.
  • Drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Significant experience in electrical design for aerospace systems (open to candidates with varying levels of experience).
  • Expertise in ARP4754A, ARP4761, and DO-178C standards.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities.
  • Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Background in system testing and alignment across diverse teams.
