Position: Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented nature.
  • Ability to multi-task with a self-driven approach.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a design/engineering work environment.
  • Proficiency in both analog and digital design.
  • Capability to lead electrical design projects from concept to troubleshooting.
  • Skilled in component selection, electrical design, and schematic creation.
  • BSEE degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize electrical design and development tools used in capturing circuit design schematics, laying out printed circuit boards, and performing circuit simulations (SW experience with Eagle and AutoCAD is preferred)
  • Adhering to our design development process.
  • Reverse engineering real flight instruments.
  • Designing and documenting electrical circuits, including interfaces with microprocessors, USB, and Ethernet components.
  • Working with LCD displays, CRTs, and associated electronics.
  • Creating test procedures and documentation packages.
  • Collaborative problem solving in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Selecting and working with various electrical components.
  • Assisting procurement in component selection.
