Job Description

We're seeking skilled technicians who are eager to apply their expertise to innovative processes that support aerospace and industrial applications. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of technology, working with advanced equipment and materials to create high-quality products that meet rigorous industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate molten salt, chemical, and electrochemical processing equipment in a manufacturing setting.
- Perform development and production work for specialized coating processes.
- Handle and operate metalworking equipment, programmable power supplies, and electro-chemical processes.
- Safely manage acids, alkaline, salts, and furnaces while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Follow detailed work instructions to ensure compliance with AS9100D quality requirements.
- Accurately record results and process parameters to maintain quality standards.
- Participate in a full-time, day-shift schedule with occasional opportunities for overtime.
- Lift and manage materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma; college coursework preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and basic electrical experience.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong initiative and willingness to learn.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with furnaces, molten salts, or electro-plating processes.
- Familiarity with chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
