Join our dynamic team and lead a transformative journey that emphasizes efficiency, innovation, and unparalleled service delivery. We're in search of a visionary Director of Operations who thrives on setting benchmarks, steering multidisciplinary teams, and implementing impactful changes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and set performance metrics to evaluate organizational efficiency; pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Assess and optimize customer contract processes.
- Roll out policies that elevate our day-to-day field operations.
- Ensure workspaces are conducive and safe for all team members.
- Manage, forecast, and monitor budgets across all programs, aligning with our financial goals.
- Convey and clarify new organizational directives to managers; oversee significant changes to uphold team morale and understanding.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through strategic policy modifications.
- Champion seamless collaboration among field operations, engineering, technology, and customer support.
- Exemplify the organization's values, leaving a positive imprint on employees, customers, and the community at large.
- Conduct constructive and timely performance reviews.
- Oversee employee discipline and termination, adhering to organizational policies.
- Tackle other duties as they arise, adapting to the industry's evolving needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in directing teams on government contracts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of practices and policies linked to statements of work.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy capabilities.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience and Education:
- Expertise in managing both on-site and remote teams.
Position Details:
- Location: Orlando, FL (Note: Relocation assistance is unavailable).
- Status: Full-time
