Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/AI Engineer to build automated data classification tools and develop big data solutions. This role is vital for transforming manual data review processes into automated, efficient workflows that enhance after-action reviews and overall data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automated tools for data classification and analysis to reduce reliance on manual processes.
- Design and build ETL pipelines to efficiently handle large volumes of data, including email, chat, and radio traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems and support after-action review capabilities.
- Work on advanced AI models to improve data classification, anomaly detection, and decision-making support.
- Maintain documentation of data workflows, algorithms, and integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, big data analytics, or AI-related roles.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes and working with data lakes.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java, with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) being a plus.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and modern data processing architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defense or mission-critical projects.
- Knowledge of integrating data solutions with front-end technologies like Angular or React.
