Cyber Analyst – Defend the Edge of Modern Warfare
Location: Onsite at U.S. Military Site
Clearance Required: Active Secret Clearance
Travel: CONUS/OCONUS travel required

Are you ready to be at the forefront of cyber defense for the U.S. Army? We're looking for a Cyber Analyst with deep technical prowess, strategic acumen, and operational grit to safeguard critical Army and DoD infrastructure. In this high-impact role, you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with government leaders, cross-functional teams, and mission stakeholders to implement the Army’s most advanced cybersecurity and modernization initiatives.

What You’ll Tackle Strategic Initiatives & Architecture

  • Lead the integration of Zero Trust, ICAM, and Windows 11 strategies across IT and OT environments.

  • Spearhead the IPv6 transition for Army systems and voice modernization efforts.

  • Design and implement secure OT and IT frameworks that align with Army and DoD directives.
Risk & Compliance Leadership

  • Execute the full RMF lifecycle for Army and DoD systems, ensuring mission-readiness and compliance.

  • Provide risk-based recommendations and vulnerability analyses tailored to hybrid IT/OT ecosystems.

  • Analyze post-assessment data from CPTs and Black Start Exercises, translating findings into actionable insights for top-tier leadership.
Policy, Governance & Regulatory Expertise

  • Develop and analyze policy aligned with evolving Army and DoD regulations.

  • Advise on secure identity frameworks, governance, and access controls using ICAM and multi-factor authentication.

  • Ensure regulatory alignment for complex IT/OT operations across all echelons.
Influence & Present

  • Deliver compelling, executive-level briefings that transform technical risk into mission-aligned decisions.

  • Mentor junior cyber staff and contribute to an empowered, security-first team culture.

Your Arsenal of Experience
Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 8–12 years in IT/OT cybersecurity roles, including 3–5 years in strategic or CIO-aligned leadership.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Army IT/OT ecosystems, Control Systems, and RMF execution.

  • Strong policy development and regulatory interpretation skills.

  • Active Secret Clearance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep expertise in Zero Trust, ICAM, NIST 800-53, and SCADA/ICS security.

  • Advanced knowledge of IPv6 implementation and Windows 11 deployments.

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GSEC, CSSA, ITIL, or others demonstrating Army-specific IT/OT expertise.

  • High-level presentation, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
