Job Description

This position involves classroom instruction, full-motion simulator training, curriculum development and review, as well as simulator operation within an advanced training program based in Cheyenne, WY. Key Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality C-130 Aircraft training sessions in both classroom settings and full-motion simulators, providing insightful guidance to aspiring aviators.

Regularly review, update, and assist in the development of curriculum materials for various courses as needed, applying your expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Supervise and lead all activities involving the aircraft crew during simulator training sessions, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

Operate the simulator Instructor Operator Station (IOS) during training sessions, displaying proficiency in handling state-of-the-art training tools.

Utilize the VTRAT simulator effectively, a task that necessitates Secret Clearance due to its sensitive nature.
Essential Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of professional flying experience.

At least five years of military flying experience.

Previous in-flight instruction experience.

Successful completion of a formal instructor training course.

Hands-on C130H Instructor experience.
