Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the identification and cultivation of new clients while nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Design and implement robust sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster strong, lasting client relationships through strategic consultation and exceptional service.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, collaborating closely with internal teams to craft customized solutions that align with client goals.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, articulating our value proposition with clarity and impact.
  • Engage in contract negotiations, ensuring beneficial outcomes for both parties.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline progress, utilizing CRM tools for comprehensive tracking.
  • Actively represent the organization at industry events and trade shows to enhance our network and brand presence.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in generating $1 million or more in annual sales, preferably within the digital advertising, marketing agency, or experiential marketing sectors.
  • A strong foundation in business development and sales, with a record of closing deals and achieving sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape, including digital, experiential, and social media channels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Outstanding ability to build relationships, establishing trust and credibility with clients.
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, adept at identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, with at least 5 years of experience in a lead sales, business development, or revenue generation role.
  • Familiarity with interactive/digital media and digital marketing solutions is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and project management skills.
