Business Development Manager - Orlando
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present effective solutions offered by X-Force.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are met and exploring opportunities for account growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and meet or exceed targets.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently; regularly report on sales activities and client feedback to management.
- Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services and products continuously.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Communication Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strategic Thinking: Skilled in strategic planning and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Prior experience in staffing or recruiting industries.
- Knowledge of the unique challenges and opportunities in the staffing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
