Location: Hagerstown, MD

Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay Rate: $37.00 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform avionics maintenance in accordance with FCC, FAA, and company policies and regulations.
- Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics components and systems.
- Maintain test equipment, tools, and manuals to ensure operational readiness.
- Interpret and follow technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
- Route wires and perform basic wiring installation per technical drawings.
- Support aviation-related tasks while maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Must own tools in good working order.
- Ability to interpret applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
- Basic skills with avionics installation tooling, wiring, wiring repair, and wiring installation.
- Experience with soldering and crimping techniques.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with FCC and FCC GROL.
- Basic understanding of spectrometer, oscilloscope, and/or pitot-static equipment.
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, U.S. Department of Defense, or U.S. Military.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance (may be required).
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience.
- Higher-level education may substitute for experience.
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
