Program Manager II – Cybersecurity Initiatives
Location: Sparks, NV (Onsite preferred; remote candidates will be considered)
Pay Rate: $59.69/hour

Are you ready to take your career to the next level and lead complex, high-impact programs in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a Program Manager II to drive cybersecurity and internal investment initiatives that strengthen our security business objectives.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects, oversee program integration, and ensure seamless execution from concept through completion. You’ll build and lead cross-functional teams, develop comprehensive plans, track performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders and executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycles—from initial engagement to proposal, negotiation, contract award, and transition to sustainment.
  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance while mitigating risks and ensuring integration across all functions.
  • Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain clear, consistent communication.
  • Support enterprise security initiatives through planning, reporting, and coordination activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT/Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years leading medium-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and financial acumen.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • PMP certification and/or advanced degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and agile or CMMI development models is a plus.
