Unreal Software Engineer
Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Unreal Engine to contribute to the development of high-performance, real-time applications. In this role, you will work on Unreal Engine 5 projects and cutting-edge immersive technologies, taking solutions from concept through implementation. You’ll collaborate with a skilled, multidisciplinary team to solve challenging technical problems, enhance performance, and ensure compatibility across multiple platforms—helping to advance spatial computing and redefine user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain real-time systems using Unreal Engine 5, with a focus on networking, simulation, and spatial computing.

Contribute to innovative technical solutions for both internal initiatives and external projects.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and ongoing knowledge sharing to promote best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met and deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Strong professional experience in software development with a primary focus on Unreal Engine.

Proficiency in C++ and Blueprints Visual Scripting.

Skilled in profiling, analyzing, and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Experience with Unreal Engine replication systems.
-
Familiarity with version control tools, particularly Git.
-
In-depth understanding of 3D rendering, physics simulations, and optimization techniques.

Self-directed, proactive, and able to communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Background in Simulation & Training, Gaming, Entertainment, or AR/VR technology sectors.

Experience with a range of headsets and immersive hardware such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, and Apple Vision Pro.

Previous experience in fast-paced or startup-style environments, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Passion for pushing the limits of immersive experiences and exploring new creative possibilities.

Exposure to other real-time engines or platforms such as Unity or NVIDIA Omniverse.
