Job Description
- Control Systems Cybersecurity Consultant (OT/ICS Focus)
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite at the Pentagon
Clearance: TS/SCI preferred (Secret acceptable)
Salary: $120K–$160K
Travel: Up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS)
Overview
Join a high-impact cyber team delivering resilience assessments and mitigation strategies for industrial control systems (ICS) and building automation systems (BAS) in federal critical infrastructure environments. We're looking for a mid-level consultant (3–5 years experience) with hands-on OT cybersecurity expertise to support mission assurance, ERRE/CRRE, and DCI evaluations.
What You’ll Do

Lead RMF-aligned assessments for OT/ICS environments

Develop mitigation and recovery strategies for fielded control systems

Design OT-focused cyber injects for wargames and tabletop exercises

Collaborate with stakeholders across DoD and federal energy installations

Use tools like Guardian, Claroty, and Tenable OT Security
Preferred Background
-
Experience with Rockwell Automation, Interstates, EET Tech, or similar

Familiarity with Nomi, ThreatDetect, digital twins, and GRC tools

GICSP or industrial certifications strongly preferred

Degree in EE, CE, or CS
