Job Description
Role Summary.
A 3D Modeler creates high-quality 3D artwork and production-ready assets that meet creative direction, technical requirements, and delivery timelines for interactive, real-time, or digital media projects.
Optimized key responsibilities.
- Create 3D assets from briefs, references, scans, or concept direction, translating ideas into accurate and visually compelling models.
- Build clean geometry with appropriate topology, proportions, and UV layouts, and prepare meshes for texturing, rendering, or downstream handoff.
- Apply, support, or validate materials and textures using modern PBR-aware workflows and review assets for consistency under appropriate lighting or presentation conditions.
- Optimize, export, and test assets for target pipelines or real-time engines, ensuring compatibility with file, mesh, rig, and material requirements.
- Collaborate closely with artists, designers, developers, and production leads to incorporate feedback and deliver work on schedule.
- Present work clearly during review cycles, revise efficiently, and maintain professional file-management discipline.
- Contribute workflow improvements, modeling best practices, and team efficiency through proactive problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
