We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Unreal Engine to lead the design and development of cutting-edge real-time applications. In this role, you’ll take projects from concept to delivery, building advanced immersive and interactive experiences using Unreal Engine 5. You will work closely with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team to solve complex technical challenges, optimize performance, and ensure smooth integration across a range of platforms. Your work will contribute to advancing spatial computing and elevating user engagement in next-generation environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain real-time systems using Unreal Engine 5, incorporating networking, simulation, and spatial computing features.

Design and implement creative, technically sound solutions for both client and internal initiatives.

Conduct code reviews, engage in architectural discussions, and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to ensure successful project execution and outstanding end-user experiences.
Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 and its native capabilities (Replication, Mass, Chaos, etc.).

Strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprints Visual Scripting.

Solid understanding of 3D rendering pipelines, physics simulations, and performance optimization techniques.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Self-driven, able to work with minimal supervision, and effective at communicating technical concepts to varied audiences.
Preferred Skills

Background in Simulation & Training, Entertainment, Gaming, or AR/VR technology sectors.

Familiarity with head-mounted display devices such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Apple Vision Pro, and others.

Experience in agile or fast-moving technology environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Passion for pushing creative and technical boundaries in immersive experiences.

Exposure to additional real-time platforms such as Unity or NVIDIA Omniverse.
