Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales engineers in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Attend local and regional events to showcase our services and build industry relationships.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Leverage existing networks within the Huntsville defense industrial base and government sectors.
- Foster new partnerships and expand revenue streams through strategic outreach and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
- Strong network within the Huntsville defense industrial base or government sectors.
- Experience as a transitioned military officer with knowledge of government relations is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to strategize and execute a comprehensive sales plan.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
